A rare venture into the world of real baking - I had run out of packet mixes. 2 parts wholemeal flour, 1 part spelt, 1 part white. I didn't have time to let it rise enough so its a bit solid.
 
Nice work @epicuric - I hope it tastes as good as it looks.

My dough takes longer to rise in colder weather, and using a mix of wholemeal and spelt, you might find that you need a bit more water in the mix too.

Well done - with so little white in the mix its going to tend to the heavy side. Looks OK to me.
 
I'll post a pic of them when they come out of the ovens, provided that they are alright. :wink:
