What to keep in your spring kitchen

This blog post from BBC Good Food has some great tips for making the most of spring produce in the kitchen. There are also some quick, easy recipes. I never thought of teaming sardines with spaghetti, but it looks pretty good. Any tips to add to this?

nettles get added to my kitchen food supply in the spring. I harvest them young, cook them and freeze them for use during the year....
otherwise it is leaves - I love lime & beech leaves as well. they add a little something to a salad
