Local Sainsburys had nine different named varities on offer yesterday. Then you'd all the baking, oven, roasting spuds on top of that.Where is this stall? - I want to go there! That is amazing if they can provide 24 different varieties.
Re the supermarket, I'm talking about named varieties here (they will be different in other countries), such as Desiree, Jersey Royal, Charlotte, King Edward etc. not the ubiquitous 'small baby potatoes' or 'baking potatoes'.
