Your Favorite Sandwich?

If I had had a bread bun the sandwich would look like this (one I made earlier).

I have way too many to choose just one. Should I name the top 5, or is that not in the spirit of the thread?
 
I've never had pimento cheese. Isn't that a traditional thing at a horse race, or golf or something? I just saw a bit about it on TV.

I'm surprised none of our UK folks mentioned a chip butty.

OK, so, to start with, my 5 favorite breakfast sandwiches:
Taylor "ham (pork roll), fried egg, and American cheese on a soft roll
Scrambled egg, pepperoni, butter sautéed bell peppers and onions on a hard roll (aka kaiser roll)
Whitefish salad and raw onion on a plain bagel
Cream cheese, smoked salmon, and red onion on a poppy seed bagel
Egg salad with mustard on toasted white bread

I thought pimento cheese was a southern thing.
