Bruschetta with 'Nduja

‘Nduja, pronounced [ˈnduːja] or n-doo-ea, is a spicy spreadable salami paste typically produced in the small Calabrian town of Spilinga.
Went into town yesterday to visit our monthly farmers market. A stall offering authentic Italian fare was there, and they were selling nduja. I think I may have bought it before as a paste in a jar, but this was a good chuck of the real thing, vac packed. It wasn't cheap.

@epicuric 'nduja as a paste in a jar sounds ok, even if the piece of ndujua vac packed is the best. I use the vac packed one and even if it's not very cheap, it worth a try. It also lasts a month and a half in the fridge (there are also those who keep it in the freezer and obviously it last a bit longer). It is a must to keep it with the transparent film wrapped on it.
