Bulgur (Armenian: բլղուր, romanized: blghur; Turkish: bulgur; Persian: بلغور, romanized: bolġur/balġur, lit. 'groats'), or Borghol (Egyptian Arabic: برغل, romanized: borġhol), is a cracked wheat foodstuff found in South Asian cuisine and West Asian cuisine.
