2 tsp vegetable oil
4 shallots, chopped
2 small zucchini, chopped
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp nutmeg
2 green bell peppers, de-seeded...

300ml orange juice
1 small chilli, seeds discarded
