Makes about 15-20 buns, Preparation time 60 mins, Cooking time 25-30 mins

► INGREDIENTS for dough:
  • 250g (2 cups) of all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp of instant dry yeast
  • 1 tbsp of sugar
  • 1 large egg, beaten.
  • 3 tbsp of butter, melted.
  • 125ml (1/2 cup) of warm milk
  • 1 tsp of salt

Preparation of the dough
  1. - Mix yeast, sugar, salt add water or milk.
  2. - Add beaten egg and butter.
  3. - Add flour. Make dough until it becomes smooth.
  4. - Rest dough about 1 hours until it doubles.
  5. - When dough ready, take and divide into 15-20 pieces to make buns.
Baking:

After 40 minutes of rising, bake at 180° C for about 25-30 minutes.
Remove from the oven and leave it to cool down.
