The current The CookingBites Recipe Challenge ends on Thursday! So far only 3 entries. I think perhaps (as current judge), I chose the wrong ingredient - Lentils. Its Easter after all and I think I should have chosen eggs, or bunny rabbits or something!
But anyway folks. Please consider making an entry. All you need to do is post a recipe for lentils! It need not be your own. There are plenty of ways to use lentils and there are quite a few different types of lentils. I've been experimenting and will post a recipe or two myself.
