Ingredients

2 Medium potatoes
1 tblsp Sunflower oil
Salt

Method

Peel and chip the potatoes to around 75 x 10 x 10mm.

Par boil the chips for 3 mins. Drain and allow to dry.

Place the chips in a container or plastic bag with the oil. Shake and mix to ensure all the chips are coated. Pour off any excess oil.

Place the chips in the air frier in one or maximum 2 layer(s).

Air fry at 180°C for 5 minutes. Take out the basket and shake the chips then fry at 180°C for a further 5 minutes. Take out the basket and shake the chips then increase the heat to 200°C and fry for a further 5 - 8 minutes. Sprinkle with salt and serve.
