Seems simple enough. I've got some heavy cream left over from making yogurt and can give a whirl tomorrow while I work up to the mess of making curry paste.

I've even got some sausage from Wrights Meat Processing and fresh eggs from across the road . The sausage is made fresh weekly.

I've got about 7 pounds left from the batch my DH's cousins made.

Eggs from Walmart, but they are cagefree brown eggs. I'd rather have farm fresh, but...

Yeah but y'all do that once a year and I can get this whenever I feel like the drive as long as it's not a Wednesday.

Not that particular one, but I've tried another with cream that didn't turn out that well.
But I'm not a baking/flour/breads guy.

This one on the other hand always turns out great for me. And uses very few ingredients.

Everything I've tried of his turns out well.
