Anyone made lobster sauce before?

This was done quite by accident!

Originally going to be for pork fried rice, but I ended up making lobster sauce with it, because I was trying to make just a little gravy for it, but ended up making too much gravy for it!

At that point, I just decided that it would be turned into Lobster sauce and had it over rice! Came out tasting DELISH!!

And BTW, this sauce tasted just like the one that I get from the Chinese restaurant in my neighborhood!! I want to do it again!!
