2 tbsp chopped walnuts (akhrot)
1 1/2 cups low-fat milk (99.7% fat-free)
1 1/2 tbsp quick cooking rolled oats

- Combine all the ingredients in a broad non-stick pan, mix well and bring to boil, while stirring occasionally.
