I love to mix fruits in savory dishes and I think the autumn fruits lends itself very much.

The Parmigiano Reggiano basket
Ingredients:
fresh-grated Parmigiano-Reggiano

Method:
Place a sheet of baking paper in a dish.
Put the Parmigiano Reggiano on the baking sheet to form a round with a thickness of a few millimeters and put it in a microwave oven for about one minute. It must be just golden
Take the dish out of the microwave, take the baking sheet and tip the parmesan over a bowl or a glass.
I used a glass to create this basket.

The salad
Ingredients:
Walnuts
Salad
Orange
Pear

Method:
Peel the orange and remove the white skin and cut it in pieces.
Peel the pear, cut it in pieces and mix it immediately with orange so it does not become dark.
Add the salad and nuts.
I prefer to dress my salad with olive oil, salt and pepper.

Memo: I use the Parmigiano Reggiano basket also to serve risotto and pasta

Lovely @Sandra! Your English is fine. The idea of the basket is great. I make Parmesan 'wafers' sometimes which is similar. You will notice I changed your photos so they were full size. Next time you upload an image click on 'Full Image' rather than 'Thumbnail'. We love photos!:D
