Baby veges

I've just made for my wifes friend from work, who has just had a baby 6 months ago. Some baby veges, I had as a baby,my kids had also and their kids.
Parsnip, carrot. Swede,pumpkin, potato and silver beet.
All boiled then I add generous amounts of butter and some vegemite. All whizzed up. So yummy I keep tasting. Made 2 large containers.

Correct. It didnt with my daughter as she likes marmite. Dont know what happened there.

My roots are in bodmin (wont surprise most from uk) when 3 brothers moved here for mining work. People from bodmin are considered " nuts". Lol. I guess I am too.

It's funny how the mining thing is kinda I'm my Gene's. My best customers were mining based, gold and coal. My special field of work.
