Has anyone cooked with these before? They were on sale last week at Penn Dutch and we bought some. Planning on marinading them overnight and smoking them on the BGE. Will let everyone know how they turned out.
I don't know for sure but I think they are the same as Beef short ribs sold in the UK. I have only used them once and I'm trying to recall what I did!

Nope, they are the ribs off prime rib or rib eye and are full size ribs.
OK - I will look this up. I'm not very good on cuts of meat as you have probably realised.
But any sort of marinading and smoking sounds good to me for ribs.
