Best caramel swirl flavoring at home?

I admit it...I'm a huge Dunkin Donut's iced coffee fiend! I'm trying to cut back because we're really trying to put our best effort forward when it comes to saving money, and 2.50 a day actually does add up overtime! I'm looking for ways to make a similar coffee at home. I love to get caramel swirl iced coffees, but I haven't found the right flavoring or creamer to use in at-home coffee to taste similar. Does anyone know of a good caramel creamer or flavor shot brand that tastes similar to Dunkin Donut's?
