For people looking for gluten free brownies, you'll have try this recipe. My friend made it for me and I would never guess there wasn't any flour in it.

Here's what you need

1 can of black beans, drained and rinsed
3/4 cups Farm Boy™ Honey
3 Farm Boy™ Omega-3 Eggs
1 tsp vanilla
3 tbsp cocoa powder
pinch of salt
1/4 tsp dried chilies (optional)
1/4 cup chocolate chunks

Here's what you do

Pre-heat oven to 350°F. Grease an 8 inch pan with butter.

In a blender or food processor, add all ingredients except chocolate chunks. Bring to a nice smooth consistency. Fold in the chocolate chunks then pour into the greased pan.

Bake for 15-20 minutes or until done.

Cool, cut and enjoy.

Those really look good, and healthier than traditional brownies. I wonder if Farm Boy honey is true authentic honey, sadly a lot of honey this day is artificial stuff, and contains no real honey. But I am gonna have to try these brownie recipes. Thanks for posting that! It looks really good. It is hard to go wrong with brownies, no matter how they are made.

I had seen similar recipes floating around the internet and I was always worried they'd taste kind of...well...beany, for lack of a better way of describing it. Good to know that isn't the case and that you wouldn't even be able to tell. Love those sort of healthy swaps!
