One of my all-time favorite seafood/fish dishes is the bouillabaisse (just thinking about it reminds me that I have not made some in a while and absolutely must see to it). For those who aren't familiar with it, it's the specialty of the French town Marseille (south-east) and is a very tasty seafood stew (costly too mind you, but definitely worth the investment as it contains various types of seafood and fish - personally, I add around 5/6 different types).

Has anyone else over here tasted it before?

Dag, that looks GOOD!!! I've never tasted it before, though.

Do you have a recipe for it?

I found several recipes on yummly.com, they all look equally as good. Just copy and paste Bouillabaisse Stew into search engine and about 20 come up. The
French are such good cooks.
