When I was in middle school, I made these bran muffins that were cake like. I had the recipe for years and my family enjoyed them. They required a refrigeration period. The recipe has been missing for many years now, but the remembrance of them is still in the back of my mind.
Wondering if anyone knows of a bran muffin recipe that used processed bran and has the mix refrigerated before cooking?
