This was delicious! Based on this recipe: https://hurrythefoodup.com/roasted-cauliflower-curry/

Ingredients:

1/2 Cauliflower
1 Broccoli stem
Salt
Garam masala
Oil

Method:
Mix together and roast

Ingredients:
1 onion finely chopped
1/2 tube tomato puree
2 tsp garlic paste
2 tsp ginger paste
garam masala
chilli
salt
2 tomatoes chopped
oil

Method:
Sautee onion until soft
Add ginger, garlic and tomato and cook until the tomato breaks down
Add other ingredients and simmer until the cauliflower/broccoli is cooked.
Add water if it gets dry.

Pour sauce on the veg. Eat. Yum.

I tried this without the tomato puree and just a tin of tomatoes and it was not nearly as nice.

It does not look very nutritious, as if it comes out over dry. Or will it be very tasty? I do not understand curry, I'm sorry:giggle:

You don't get curries like we have or the Brits, although I believe curry houses are starting to appear?? Once you've had a decent curry you get addicted. Something in the spices gets you hooked.

I was wondering about quantities for the 3 ingredients above?

@Herbie - did you see this request?

I was just thinking that this isn't strictly speaking Aloo Gobi because Aloo refers to potatoes and the dish is traditionally Potato and Cauliflower curry. Maybe its just a Gobi!
