Charcoal leg of lamb

family coming for dinner tonight, I'm about to bone out a leg of lamb and prep a chicken, both are going on the rotisserie under charcoal. Daughter and d.i.l. Bringing sides and I'm also doing a potatoe dauphinois.

The chicken was as moist as I've ever eaten, and lamb melted in your mouth, it was unbelievable. 2 1/2 hr over the coals, had to top up coals with an hour to go. Everyone gave it 10/10. None left so everybody was happy. Potato dauphinois was beautiful as well.
