I read that chia seeds were really good for health.They contain a lot of minerals and fiber and other good stuff so I went out and bought a bag. I sprinkle the seeds on my salad and occasionally put it in drinks but I'm a bit stumped as to what else I can do with it.
I saw recipes for making pudding and tried a few but it never really worked out. They didn't really gel like they were supposed to. Do you think that means my seeds are no good or that maybe I didn't use the right ratios?
