Ingredients.
  • 500 g prawns, shelled and deveined
  • 12 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 4 green chilies, thinly sliced
  • 2 tomatoes, peeled and chopped
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 bunch fresh coriander, chopped
  • salt and pepper

Method
  1. Heat the oil and butter in a wok and stir fry the garlic and chiles for 2 minutes.
  2. Add the prawns and tomatoes and stir fry for another 2 minutes.
  3. Sprinkle over the coriander, season and serve.
