I've tried Green & Blacks Chilli chocolate and thought it a bit - I won't be trying it again

Having read the story, about people having to wear gloves and sign a disclaimer, I wonder why anybody would be stupid enough to want to try this. Just for bragging rights, I suppose. Some things just shouldn't be eaten together, and chilli and chocolate come under that heading. Still, I bet it's brought a few more diners into his restaurant.

A teaspoon of cocoa adds and extra dimension to chilli con carne. They do have an affinity, but I don't see the point in anything that's made so hot as to be painful...
