Is cornflour what we in the US call cornstarch?

Beautiful food, looks and sounds delicious!

Cornstarch or cornflour - either one is correct.
What you want to avoid like the plague is masa harina (which is nixtmalizado - treated with lye) and harina PAN - which is coarse, milled white corn used to make arepas in Venezuela.
