Recipe Chocolate Brie En Croute

Since Valentine's Day is coming up, this creation was created for the occasion. It is a wheel of brie stuffed with chocolate and baked in a puff pastry. I think sweet & savory can be a good combination, but I don't see these ingredients working well together. Would you guys try this?

I would certainly be willing to try it! I have never had anything even close to that! It looks and sounds very different and unique. But I would definitely try it! You can never go wrong with chocolate, so it'd be worth trying! I'd try anything at least once!

I would be willing to try it for sure, though I'm a little vary of the chocolate-cheese combination. Brie is a very mild, soft white cheese though, so if there's any cheese to mix with chocolate it would probably be brie. Personally I prefer mine with fruits and nuts!
