I was in Lake Havasu City Arizona a few years back camping in a place called Craggy Wash. Probably the most beautiful spot to camp and off-road vehicle explore the desert in Arizona, USA.

Nearby were some curious looking van campers with YouTube stickers plastered all over their vehicles. They all have YouTube channels and post videos of their weekly adventures living in their vans.

One I recognized and took a cold bottle of White Zinfandel Wine to.
He was Brian, the Adventure Van Man. A prince of a person, excellent friend.

Most every video Brian posts on YouTube concerns where he's camping and what he's cooking on his compact stove. Clever and simple cooking.
He always mentioned Cholula Sauce and one day the makers Cholula asked him to be in one of their TV Commercials:
He got me using Cholula Sauce. I like it's somewhat mild bite and pleasant flavors.

If you visit some of the popular motorsport forums you'll notice many vendors and manufacturers have their own forum section.
Polaris Rzr Forums and Can Am Maverick forums charge $1200 each month to each vendor / MFG. It's a real money maker. I have several friends that pay that rate and say they get it back in two days worth of the business it creates.
Forums can pay some bank. John, the creator of these forums sold them, 6 in all for 7X years worth of advertising revenue.

I hope one day Cooking Bites can achieve something similar.

Chile lime my favorite.

Cholula is a Mexican product which is easy to find here and it happens to be one of the few chilli sauces I like. I've not seen the lime version, however.

I hope one day Cooking Bites can achieve something similar.

Its another thread - but forums like this simply don't catch the revenue. Forums which do, tend to be niche specialist interest forums. Food forums like this are not so popular (by a long chalk).

I have to search and see if I posted my Enchilada casserole recipe I got off the back of a Campbell’s soup can.
Is it ever popular and the only Mexican food my wife will eat.
Cholula goes so well with it.
