What are you making this year? I can’t wait for this weekend to come so I can start baking some.
So far I’m thinking of a few recipes
Linzer cookies
Mary Berry’s ginger biscuits
Walnut snowball cookies or Mexican Wedding cookies
White chocolate, cranberry, tart cherry, pecan cookies
Classic Shortbread cookies

Curiously, because Venezuelans have a very sweet tooth, there are no such things as Xmas cookies, or anything remotely similar. Wierd.I may have to investigate that!

I meant people bake cookies around this time in USA, and decorate them with the Christmas theme or not.

A nice selection. What is the Mexican one?

I'm not a biscuit/cookie maker really. But I might just attempt something. I do like ginger and I have some preserved stem ginger.
