Cookery Books (2026)

So in the first post of this year, a new cookery book arrived.

We have the 1992 version of the same book and often use it. The new one is vegan soups and stews for all seasons.

Hopefully we will get on with the new version as much as we do the older one.

Checking out a new thrift store this morning and found this in the books. Social Security checks provide ample opportunity for potatoes and onions and since I grow my own garlic...

I like that the binding is an actual ring one.

It can lay flat!
