Less than 24 hours to go on the The CookingBites Recipe Challenge. We have some excellent contributions! However, as yet, nobody has attempted to identify and post my all time favourite aubergine (eggplant) recipe This is despite my carefully crafted cryptic clues in My favourite Aubergine/Eggplant recipe. If someone can post this recipe then they will probably win the challenge! And here's another clue... it has chilli in it!
