Came across these today and thought I might try them. I'm not gluten free but I am dairy free, so given I don't have almond flour or even any ground almonds, I will substitute back to normal self raising flour and I also don't have any Grapeseed oil (actually had to look that one up), so will try with sunflower oil instead...:whistling:

Dairy and Gluten Free Cookies
Ingredients:

  • 355g of blanched almond flour
  • ½ teaspoon celtic sea salt
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • 115 ml grapeseed oil
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 120 ml agave nectar
  • 50g cup chocolate chunks

Method:

  1. Smoosh all the dry ingredients together into a large bowl
  2. Stir together wet ingredients in a smaller bowl
  3. Grab both bowls and mix them together!
  4. Form your gooey mixture into small balls (or any shape you want) and press onto a parchment paper lined baking sheet
  5. Bake at 180°c for 7-10 minutes
  6. Let them cool for a bit, and serve up; easy peasy
