Hi! I just wanted to share the most amazing BBQ chicken pizza I cooked the other night.
I bought some pre made bases, smothered them in some home made tomato paste. Drizzled a little BBQ sauce on top and added cheese. Next, I fried up some chicken mince, added a little garlic powder and sliced onion and sprinkled over cheese. I placed a few pieces of crispy bacon on top of the chicken, a little more cheese and baked until golden. It was YUM!!
