Didn't know where to ask??

I often edit posts to correct a line spacing or something or 'unwrap' text that is partly wrapped around a photo (that often happens) - usually its something insignificant. Sometimes we move posts or threads to a more appropriate forum. For example I moved your post above from 'New Member Introductions' to here (Site Support). If you let me know which post you mean I will have a look.

No worries, I just saw it was moderated.

Russ

If its ever anything you 'did wrong' we would let you know. Usually its not anything significant. I think I corrected a typo (my typo!) in a post where you had quoted me. It might have been that.

Well, a two year old question finally gets an answer.

It was edited to correct "a typo", as you saw it. That goes beyond moderation, and almost into censorship. Leaving the person who posted non the wiser. Even when asked "why?".

Posts that were edited used to get an alert saying why they'd been edited.

The original post was made on Monday. What is your point?
