As the holiday season draws closer, I'm starting to search for homemade eggnog recipes. (non-alcoholic) I've never tried to make it before so I'm looking forward to the experience. I hope to have it perfected by Christmas eve. 
If you've made eggnog, are there any secrets I should know? Especially secret ingredients to make it better than the usual?
