Do you remove the skin from the chicken before cooking it?

I remove most of the skin and will only leave a tiny bit to get crunchy. I love chicken skin to be honest, I would always eat my chicken with it if i could. However they are so unhealthy that I can't do that to myself! So when I make them I'll remove them for the most part, and if someone else makes chicken with skin I will get them off and put them aside in my plate.
