I'm at a loss. I'm not even sure if its a manufactured product (like a breakfast cereal) or an individual fruit or vegetable ...

carbs 19.2% all sugars mostly sucrose.
fat 0.4%
protein 1.3%
alcohol 0%
fibre 1.2%

minerals - calcium, iron, iodine, potassium, magnesium, sodium AND Salt, phosphorous, selenium, since.

vitamins, folate, niacin, riboflavin, thiamine, vit C, retinol,

How come per 100g it does not add up to anywhere near 100g? What are the other ingredients please? I'm not in the carrot guess by the way.

I'm reminded of the bit in Eric Schosser's Fast Food Nation where scientists put together a bewildering combination of chemicals to produce something that smelled and tasted of apple. Obviously, it would be so stupid merely to eat an apple.
