So that just leaves drinking glasses.
We have some special ones we purchased on our Honeymoon back in 1996, in Stockholm, Sweden. They are handmade from recycled glass. Until very recently, we did have the information leaflet that came with them, but it is not there inside them anymore. We love them, and they are very definitely special occasions only.
After that, our general drinking glasses are some old Jacobian glasses, some handmade and some machine made around the time of WWII.
Breaking them can be "interesting" and best not done in bare feet as I found out the hard way a few years ago.
Otherwise the rest are a mixture of inherited, cheap and cheerful and all are large because of the need to drink more liquid in hot climates.
So what is your glass collection like? It is something people use everday. Are they boring or special? hold memories or just easily replaceable?
