Easy camping recipes

Help ! I'm looking for some easy and quick camping recipes that don't require much preparation/work and can be done on a small cooker without using all the fuel it contains in one go. Here in the UK open fires are pretty much out of the question so has anyone got any ideas ?

Pasta with a sauce, add veg and/or meat to the sauce. If you add extra water to the sauce you can cook the pasta (or rice) in the wide at the same time.

We just cook normally. I have found from experience that the really small gas cannisters that are about 2cm high before starting their journey to the adapter will last me 4 days if I am careful (coffee only in the morning not a cooked breakfast) so if you are looking for a single mealand hot drinks for a couple of people you will be fine.
