3 medium sized bananas, sliced in 1 cm thick slices
50 g caster sugar
Pinch of salt
You also need baking paper, an oven tray , and an oven preheated to 200 degrees celcius (upper and lower heat)
300 g vanilla flavored yoghurt
Brush the baking paper with the coconut oil. Mix the sugar with the cinnamon and a pinch of salt in a bowl. Spread half the sugar over the greased baking paper. Put the banana slices on top, making sure they don't touch each other. Then top the slices with the leftover sugar.
Bake in the oven for 10 mins, turns them over, and bake another 10 minutes.
Serve inmediatly with 150 g yoghurt per person, or with vanilla ice cream.
