I have a lot of fruity pancake recipes but this one is the easiest and your family will love it. All you need is a box of Jiffy Banana Muffin Mix, Milk, 1 Egg, 1 banana, 1/4 stick of butter softened, and a Can of Peaches.
On the side of the box is the instructions for making the Banana Pancakes. Cut the banana length wise then slice it width wise down. Put the banana slices and butter in the mix and stir.
Pour the can of peaches into a blender (we use a bullet) and puree. Pour into pan or pot and simmer stirring constantly for 15 minutes.
Pour the peach sauce of pancakes and your done.
I have to cook for 6 people three times a day, so I tend to make things quick and easy.
