Recipe Easy Microwave Chocolate Fudge

It doesn't get much easier than this. Just two ingredients for the fudge. The topping is up to you although I do think flakes of sea-salt really work well. I used pistachio nuts which I smashed up using a pestle and mortar and pressed into the surface of the fudge as well as sea-salt.


200 ml condensed milk
125 g dark chocolate (70%)
Sea salt to sprinkle
A few pistachio nuts

  1. Place the condensed milk in a large microwaveable bowl and add the chocolate.
  2. Heat on high for approximately 5 minutes, stirring occasionally until the chocolate is dissolved into the milk and the mixture is bubbling.
  3. Pour into a small sandwich box and place in the fridge to set.
  4. When set sprinkle with sea-salt and crushed pistachio nuts.
