Ingredients:
Vanilla pudding mix
milk
cool whip
Simply Mix the vanilla pudding according to the instructions, but only use 1/2 of the milk called for on the box. Whisk until it begins to thicken, then fold in a tub of cool-whip. Makes a light and fluffy icing with much less sugar than store brands! Also, It keeps in the freezers (covered) just like cool-whip!
*For a low sugar version, use sugar free cool-whip.
