Egg & Vegetable Fried Rice

Ingredients

3 cups overnight cooked Jasmine Rice
¼ tsp Garlic (minced)
2 Eggs (beaten)
¼ cups canned Carrot & Pea mixture
⅛ Teaspoon Sesame oil
¼ Teaspoon Oyster Sauce
⅛ cups Green Onion
3 tbsp cooking oil
Salt & Pepper to taste

Instructions:

1. Beat 2 eggs in a bowl & set aside.
2.Slice green onions & mince the garlic
3. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan and pour in beaten egg & cook until they are lightly scrambled. Remove the scrambled egg and set aside.
4.In the same wok/ pan, add and heat up one tablespoon of oil.
5.Add in the rice, garlic, oyster sauce, sesame oil and stir fry for 2-3 minutes before adding in the vegetables.
6.Add in scrambled egg, salt & pepper and stir occasionally until everything is well combined. Please taste & adjust accordingly.
