A colleague was telling us about this.
Basically, you get a marrow, cut the end off, hollow the middle out, fill it with brown sugar, add yeast and orange juice, put the end back on and hang the lot up to ferment...

Ideally, you should wrap the marrow in some cloth or a plastic bag, to prevent carnage if it happens to explode...
I'm tempted to try it. What better way to use a slightly dull marrow!
