When it comes to cooking each country had its own famous chefs who is very popular and idolized by its people especially if their chef had a television cooking show.

Famous chefs ? There are to many to mention, but jamie Oliver keeps banging his drum. Heston bloominhell still does weird things with food that you can't do at home and nigella lawson seems to have lost the plot altogether. In her cooking programmes, she spends more time trying to find ever unusual and downright nonsensical words to describe something that could be as mundane as "when your potatoes have been mashed they taste like.........." 50 seconds later she has finished her description of what mashed potatoes taste like..

Ain't that the truth! It feels like anyone who can cook and has a reasonably attractive face here will end up on TV these days as a "celebrity chef".

Its like reality shows. They are easy and cheap to make, people like them, so they just keep making them to fill up television space., but there are only so many that can be supported, wanted, watched, and we have an overload now. Pity the tv companies won't see it though.
