Disabled and Retired Veteran
It's January 6th, 2021 and I'm finally up on my Flour inventory with Blue Cornmeal, Blue Corn Harina, Blue Corn Grits, Yellow Cornmeal, Yellow Corn Harina, Polenta, Sorghum Flour and Unbleached Bread Flour with Dark Rye Flour due to be delivered today. Plus, I've got the Baking Powder and enough Active Dry Yeast to get started with more than a few productions.
There's so much I'm looking forward to doing with this stuff this year.
And I've invested in a lot of dried Fruits and Berries, Banana Chips, Dates, Figs, Strawberries, Apricots, Cranberries and Mango. And of course, I just filled up my inventory on Nuts, including the recent addition of Pistachios.
I've got a good supply of Rolled Oats for Granola and Granola Bars as well.
And as far as Herbs and Spices, there aren't many that I can think of that I don't have, a few.
