Nice - how’s the taste?
It tastes great, but I need a better way to store bread. I want to keep the crispy exterior most of all. If I leave it out, it all dries out and gets hard, if I store it in a sealed bag or container, everything becomes a soft texture. The closest I've ever come is storing it in a paper bag that is about 90% closed, but it's still not ideal.

The best thing I’ve found is a proper breadbox, but that crust is going to last a day or so no matter what, so enjoy it while you can.
