Freshly Picked Wild Mushrooms

I've just eaten some cooked mushrooms that were gathered this morning from the wild. They were absolutely delicious and the taste was so much more intense than any regular supermarket mushroom.

Anyone who gathers wild mushrooms should be an expert or go with an expert who can identify the types of fungi to pick and which ones are poisonous.
