"Freshman Foodie" Toby!

Hi there! My names Toby I'm a chef which I've been doing for over ten years really, I do a mixture of cooking and baking mainly however not really familiar with pastry. I intend to learn soon as I am gobsmacked that I'm still not familiar. Other than that I do some work to help the elderly and retired escape debts.

I'm from inner London and I guess I joined this site because I haven't been Cooking for a while but my love for cooking has returned, so I'm just a bit motivated. Besides some of the recipes I saw here looked very good so I think my time spent here will be well worth it.
